Virtual Life Coach Sessions
While I do offer in-person sessions at both my London Liverpool Street and Norwich location, virtual life coach sessions are becoming increasingly popular. The advantages of virtual sessions are you can be located anywhere, and don’t have to factor in travel times. You could even have a life coach session on your lunch break!
The first step is to get in touch. We’ll then arrange a time that suits for an initial consultation (for in-person London clients this will also be done virtually or over the phone). This is what I refer to as a ‘chemistry check’ to ensure we are both comfortable working together. After that, we can then book in the agreed number of sessions. My virtual life coach sessions are available internationally, but please note I am in the UK so my timezone is GMT/BST. Sessions will be held over Skype or Zoom.
