Paula is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, she is also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Council. Issues with lack of sleep can impact all areas of our life including our health and wellbeing. Accumulated tiredness from sleep issues accelerates lack of attention and focus, and we can feel tired all the time as our bodies and brain try to replenish what it needs and hasn’t had. You might feel constantly irritable, lack patience, and it might feel that you are operating on just a small amount in your tank. Your overall energy and motivation maybe impacted on a daily basis and so all you do is constantly think and worry about how you aren’t sleeping, you may use labels such as ‘I’m an insomniac’ or ‘I’ve never been a good sleeper’
