Paula is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, she is also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Council. This allows her to blend techniques to help the client facilitate changes in their life and remove problems that they might be facing such as phobias. Her aim to assist them getting the life they want and get the client to think on purpose, so they can decide what they want, create great experiences and make the best choices for their lives.

Very few people haven’t experienced some kind of trauma in their lives, because life can often throw us some real curveballs to manage! Whether you have had or witnessed an accident, experienced a life changing incident, or had work/family issues. The way we hold trauma in our brain and bodies is exactly the same. Trauma can infiltrate and colour our thinking, create limiting beliefs and continue to have knock on effects on how we live our lives. It can impact our relationships, dictate how successful we think we can be, and be a constant reason why we can’t achieve what we want to achieve. The good news is the impact of trauma can be alleviated by using by a number of different techniques.

Paula has worked with many people to remove the impact of trauma, allowing them live a life free of limiting beliefs and negative repeating patterns of behaviour.

How Much Does It Cost?

Sessions last approx 1 hour (however the 1st session is likely to be longer) and cost £85

Cancellation Policy:

You must give 48 hours notice of change to appointment time.

50% fee if less than 48 hours notice.

100% fee if cancelled less than 24 hours notice.

We understand that life can get in the way of our best laid plans so please call as soon as you are able if there is a problem.
