Welcome to Week 4 of your journey!
This week you are going to work through what you would like to achieve and/or change. I would recommend you only select as many goals as you think you can realistically manage. Remember, there is no rush and you can reuse the templates and videos at any time. The instructions below will help you think about what you would like to achieve or change. If you don’t have a goal, don’t worry! This process is going to help you identify what it might be. Equally if you’re pretty certain on your goals this activity is going to help ensure that you’re on the right track.
