Week 5 Taking Action

Welcome to Week 5 of your journey!

This week we are going to concentrate on how to take an idea or goal from conception to reality, and how to maintain motivation and commitment. You should be feeling really excited about starting and/or at least getting on with it. You are capable of changing things for yourself, and you are ready to go!
